Two ways in, and the systems you already run
The desktop application and the conversational interface share one core, so a limit in one is a limit in the other.
Desktop application
Reading a timeline, checking a source, approving a draft. The work that suits a screen, with the matter in front of you and room to read. This is a Windows application, installed rather than visited in a browser tab, because the privacy step runs on the machine.
Conversational interface
Asking where a date came from, or what the file does not cover. The same matter, answered through the same core, for the questions that are easier to type than to click. The answers obey the same labels and the same limits as the desktop screen.
Firm systems
Case Organizer is built to sit alongside Outlook and Clio rather than replace either. Your practice management system stays the record of the matter and the client; Case Organizer works on the material for review and keeps its own trail of what it did with it.
Connectors are added through an approval path with the firm, not switched on by default. A connector is not given a route around matter isolation, privacy preparation, or the approval step, which is the failure that makes integrations dangerous.
What you need to run it
- A Windows machine. The privacy preparation runs locally.
- Cloud analysis is available for material you authorize. It is not the default.
- An approved conflict index, if the firm wants cross-matter screening rather than none.
