What this site does with what you send
This page describes this website and the early-access form. Client material handled inside the product is governed by written participation terms agreed with a firm before anything is shared.
What this site collects
No analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no profiling, and no webfonts served from anywhere else. The only third-party request on this site is the anti-spam check on the early-access page, described below.
The web server keeps ordinary request logs (IP address, browser string, time, and the page requested), because that is how a server serves pages and diagnoses faults. Those logs are not used to build a profile of you.
The early-access form
The form asks for your name, your firm, your email, what you are working on, and it records the time and your IP address for a rate limit. That message is delivered by email to a mailbox on our own server and read by the Millennium Group team.
It is not a mailing-list sign-up, it does not go to a third-party form service, and the address you give is not sold or added to a list.
To have a request deleted, reply to our answer and ask. We will delete it.
The anti-spam check
The early-access page loads Cloudflare Turnstile to tell a person from a script. When that page loads, Cloudflare receives the request data it needs to make that decision, and Cloudflare’s own privacy terms apply to it. No other page on this site loads anything from another origin.
The check is verified on our server before any email is sent. If the check cannot be completed, the form refuses the message rather than sending it unchecked.
Client material
Client material is not sent through this website, and nothing on this site is a place to put it. Inside the product, originals stay where they are and stay read-only; privacy preparation happens before any model sees confidential material, including a local one; and analysis outside the firm happens only on material a firm has authorized. The control page sets out those limits.
The terms that govern a firm’s material, including how long anything is kept and who can see it, are agreed in writing with the firm before participation begins, not promised on a web page.
Changes to this page
If what this site does changes, this page changes with it, and the date below changes. There is no version of this page that describes a practice the site does not follow.
