The early-access form
The form reaches a mailbox on our own server. The note field asks for three things: the practice area, roughly how many matters a month, and where the material comes in. Your name, firm, and email are the rest of it.
A person reads every request and replies. If the workflow does not fit, the reply says so rather than scheduling a call anyway.
What to include
Practice area. Roughly how many matters a month. Where the material arrives: email, a scanner, a shared drive, paper on the desk. Those three are enough to have a useful first conversation.
