Who makes it

Millennium Group LLC is a technology company at 961 E 11th St., Loveland, Colorado. It has spent years looking after other people’s systems, and that is where this product came from. The material is already a mess before anyone starts reasoning about it.

Case Organizer is developed in Loveland. Andy Pizer, the owner, is the person who will answer the phone about it.

Why it exists

A firm’s record of a matter is built from intake notes, emails, scans and handwritten pages that arrive in no particular order. The risk is not that the work is slow. It is that interpretation starts before the record is complete, and a conclusion drifts away from the document it came from.

That is a problem of the work, not of the model, which is why a better model does not fix it.

The design answer is a source trail: every point in a brief carries the material behind it, and five labels keep what the record says separate from what someone concluded about it.

What it is, and what it is not

It is an installed Windows application. The privacy preparation step runs on the machine rather than in a browser tab, and analysis outside the firm happens only on material the firm has authorized.

It is not a practice management system, and it does not replace the record of the matter. It is not a chatbot that answers legal questions. It does not decide a conflict, and it does not sign a brief.

It is in early access with a small number of firms, and no release date is being announced. What that means is described on the questions page rather than in marketing language.
