Case Organizer Request early access

The ones we get asked first

If yours is not here, ask it in the early-access form. A straight answer is cheaper for both of us than a demo.

Before you ask

Two facts shape everything below. Case Organizer is an installed Windows application rather than a browser product, and it is in early access with a small number of firms. The answers here follow from those two, including the ones that say no.

The questions

Is Case Organizer available now?

Early access is opening with a small number of firms. We start with your practice and your material, and set terms with that first group. No release date to announce.

What happens to privileged material?

Originals stay intact and stay where they are. Before any model sees confidential material, it goes through privacy preparation, and that applies to a local model as well as a cloud one. Analysis outside the firm happens only on material you authorize.

Does it decide conflicts for me?

No. It screens parties against an approved index and holds the matter when a name comes close. An attorney clears the hold or declines the matter. The conflict determination stays with the firm.

Does it write the brief for me?

It assembles a draft with the timeline, the gaps, the contradictions, and the passages behind each point. You correct or reject it, and the version you approve is the version that counts.

What do I need in order to run it?

A Windows machine. The privacy step runs locally, and cloud analysis is available for material you authorize. It is an installed application, not a browser tab.

Will it work with the system my firm already uses?

It is built to sit alongside Outlook and Clio, with connectors added through an approval path with your firm. Your practice management system remains the record of the matter; Case Organizer works on the review material.

How is it priced?

As a firm subscription rather than a per-user license, because a firm should not have to count seats to let staff prepare material. Terms are set with the firms in the first group; no price is published here.

What happens to my material if I stop using it?

It stays where it is. Case Organizer works on copies and keeps its own trail; the originals were never moved into the product, so leaving does not mean extracting the firm’s documents from a warehouse.

Still unanswered
